Introduction

Despite America a being very wealthy and resource-rich country with more than enough means and know-how to combat and eliminate the problem, the numbers continue to persist. But that doesn’t mean people aren’t trying. It doesn’t mean there are no means or methods available - or a shortage of them. And lastly, it doesn’t mean only America suffers this problem. It’s only a sadly prominent example.
